BABATUNDE M. ADARAMAJA

A Chartered Accountant with rich
background in Audit, investigation, Tax and Consultancy services
of close to 25years experience. He acquired professional training
with one of the foremost International Chartered Accounting
firm, BDO Balogun Badejo & Co Chartered Accountants from
1988 where he was exposed to specialize Audit, Accountancy,
Taxation, Investigation and Management Consultancy services
for clients in different sectors of the economy before leaving
the firm in September 1995.
Before establishing Tunde Adaramaja & Co, he had worked
with Sovereign Investments Limited, a finance and investment
company and IMB Securities Plc as head of Treasury & Marketing.
He also worked as a Manager in the corporate development department
of the Nigeria Security Printing & Minting Company Limited.
Tunde Adaramaja attended the prestigious Comprehensive High
School Aiyetoro Ogun State; he is an Accountancy graduate of
the Federal Polytechnic Ado- Ekiti and a Master in Business
Administration (MBA) degree holder of the Ogun State University.
In addition to being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria, he is also an Associate of the Chartered
Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Associate of the Nigerian
Institute of Management.
Tunde has attended courses both locally and abroad, he leads
the firm with his wealth of experience and professional expertise
of close to 25 years.

| ABIODUN ADEYEMI FCA, MBA |

Mr. Adeyemi is a versatile and highly
experienced Chartered Accountant with over 20 years working experience.
He started his career with Obilade Ojutalayo & Co. Chartered Accountants
in 1985 and joined Nigerian Textile Mills Plc in 1989 as Assistant
Manager from where he rose to become the company’s cost accountant
in 1993.
Biodun moved to Swiss Colours Nigeria Limited in 1993 and work for
over ten years in the organization as Chief Accountant. He joined
Rahman Engineering Limited in 2003 as Senior Manager Finance and resigned
his appointment in 2005 to join Tunde Adaramaja & Co. Chartered
Accountants. He his currently the Associate Partner in charge of Financial
Advisory, Consulting & Strategy.

Tunde is a season accountant with
over ten year’s experience. He joined Osunbade Okiti &
Co Chartered Accountants in January 1999. He Joined Tunde Adaramaja
& Co. in April 2002 as Audit Supervisor and rose to become
a Partner in 2007.
He is an Alumina of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Associate
member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Tunde has been involved in the management of high quality audit
and investigation assignments of medium and large size clients.
As the Engagement Partner in-charge of Audit & Taxation
services, he put his wealth of experience to bear in carrying
out Audit, Investigation, Tax and other professional service. |

OLUSEGUN ABRAHAM ESQ.

A Chartered Accountant with over 15years post
qualification experience in the professional audit practice
in Nigeria, which includes the usage of computerised audit packages.
Aside from his banking audit exposures, he has been involved
in the management of high quality audit and investigation assignments
of medium and large size clients including oil exploration,
oil marketing, and manufacturing companies. He has consistently
been involved in achieving deadlines on clients’ assignments,
report writing, preparation of proposals, and presentation of
reports at both the Board and AGM levels.
He started his career with BDO Balogun Badejo & Co. Chartered
Accountants in 1987 and rose to the position of Senior Manager
before joining Horwath Dafinone, Chartered Accountants in 1997.
He rose to the position of a Partner in 2003 before resigning
in 2006 to set up his private practice. |

DANIEL ISOJE ESQ.

Mr. Isoje started his career
with the firm of BDO Balogun Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants)
as an Audit Trainee in 1988. While in training he was exposed
to all aspects of professional accountancy practice which
among others included Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Receivership
and Management Consultancy Services.
In 1993, he moved to Ernst & Young Osindero Oni (Chartered
Accountants) where he served as the firm's resident Auditor
in charge of Oil & Gas auditing and international financial
reporting at Mobil Producing Nigeria Unltd.
He joined Prime Trust Insurance Company Ltd. in 1995 as the
Senior Manager - Finance & Administration. He resigned
from Prime Trust in 2000 to start a career in computer consulting
specialising mainly in accounting software. Mr. Isoje is currently
the Managing Consultant of Dni & Associates, a firm specialising
in the development of the Accounting software solutions.
Mr. Isoje is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute
of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Arti Tuteja has a
Masters degree in Social Work from the M. S. University, India.
Additionally she has a diploma in Human Resource Management.
Arti’s experience spans over seven years in the Human
Resource Management field. During the previous employments in
Manufacturing and IT consultancy she has overseen the human
resource functions in these organisations.
Arti moved to Nigeria and joined Phillips Consulting Limited
(one of the leading consulting firms in Africa) in March 2001.
She rose to the position of senior consultant before resigning
in November 2004. She has experience in the areas of recruitment,
training and development, performance management, rewards and
recognition. Moreover, she has been involved in designing and
facilitating various workforce developmental programmes. Arti
has hands on experience of conducting Employee Attitude Surveys,
Competency Assessment, Designing Training plans, designing induction
programmes, HR and strategy retreats, competency developments.

| Mr. Olabisi Oni is an Economist,
Financial Analyst, Banker and Stockbroker. He is a graduate
of University of Lagos with an M.Sc degree in Monetary Economics
in 1991. He has had over 18 years extensive experience in
banking, strategy, economic research and financial advisory
as well as investment/portfolio analysis and management. An
outstanding and highly resourceful person with thorough understanding
of the Nigerian economy and the interrelationship of the financial
services industry, Mr. Oni has, at various times worked in
with Asset Management & Stockbroking companies. Mr. Oni
is involved in structuring capital market deals and advising
corporate on finance and financing issues. He is a trainer
and facilitator of top management renewal and repositioning
initiatives as well as value added in-house programmes.

Femi Adefila is a versatile
and highly experienced Accountant with over 20 years of Audit,
Investigation & Taxation experience.
He started his professional training with L. Abiola Gbadamosi
& Co. Chartered Accountants between 1987-1992 where he was
exposed to Audit, Investigation, Taxation and Management Consultancy
Services. After five years he left and join Hamsat Subair, Folami
& Co. Chartered Accountant. He left in 1994 & joined
Bras Ventures Limited as Financial Controller, the position
he held for 12 years before joining Tunde Adaramaja & Co.
Chartered accountants. Presently, Femi is the Head of Audit
& Investigation in our firm. |

He is an accounting graduate of
Olabisi Onabanjo University and an Associate member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Femi Idowu is a highly
experienced Financial & System strategist who has worked and delivers
on quality mandate to the admiration of clients & associates.

He holds a B.Sc Honours Degree in
Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University and member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institutes of Taxation
of Nigeria.
Leke, a highly experience tax practitioner is a goal getter with over
8 years working experience across management, business relations and
taxation. He joined the firm in 2006 and presently heads the Taxation
Management Services unit. |
